WHO IT’S FOR
- Students in grades 6–12. Middle school and high school.
- Youth groups from all over. Five groups came to YE25. Bring your whole crew.
- Whoever you are with God right now. All in, just curious, or somewhere in the middle. You belong here.
- Leaders too. Youth pastors, leaders and chaperones come with their groups and register as leaders.
LEADERS + SAFETY
We know you’re trusting us with your kid for a whole weekend. Here’s how we take care of them.
Plenty of adults
At YE25 we had 19 leaders for 62 students, about one adult for every three kids. Students stay with leaders from their own youth group all weekend.
Background checked
Every adult leader is asked for a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) background check when they register.
Medical info on hand
Emergency contacts, physician, insurance and any medical needs are collected at registration so leaders can act fast if something comes up.
Your info stays private
Medical and insurance details are only seen by the YE team, are never posted anywhere and are deleted after each retreat.
