No refunds

Space at camp is very limited, so there are no refunds once you’re registered. Please double-check your dates before you lock in.

HOW PAYING WORKS

  1. Fill out the form below. One form per person. Parents or guardians sign for students under 18.
  2. Tap “Pay on Venmo.” It opens Venmo with your amount and pay code already filled in. You’ll also get it by email.
  3. Send it. Keep the pay code in the note so we can match it to your registration. Once it comes through, you’re locked in.

Good to know

Payments go to @lifechurchma on Venmo (LifeChurch hosts YE). It’s a retreat fee, so it isn’t tax-deductible. Unpaid registrations get a friendly reminder email.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bible, notebook and a pen
  • Sleeping bag or twin sheets + blanket, and a pillow
  • Towel and toiletries
  • Clothes for 3 days, plus pajamas
  • Warm hoodie or jacket (NH nights in spring get cold)
  • Rain jacket
  • Sneakers you can run in
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Flashlight
  • Any medications, in the original bottle, labeled and handed to your leader
  • Spending money for snacks or merch (optional)
